In the ‘Fantasy’ theme level 2 beauty student, Emma Hughes achieved 1st, with Gemma Smith coming 2nd.
Jackie Owens, Event Organiser and College Lecturer said, “The competition went really well, it was exceptionally well attended by fellow students, friends and family. The judges were very impressed with the standard of work produced and requested to be invited back next year.
This was the first time some of the students have competed in a competition, they have all worked really hard, attending extra classes and staying late to prepare, they really deserve a big congratulations for representing Riverside College in such a professional way and producing work of such an exceptional standard.”
