Prize winning care provider, Alternative Futures Group is celebrating National Apprenticeship week by announcing an exciting new partnership with Riverside College.
Alternative Futures Group (AFG) provide innovative and bespoke care services in the community delivering life enhancing person centred support to people with a diverse range of care needs including learning disabilities, mental health autism, complex care, dementia, physical disabilities, substance misuse and people in transition. They currently employ over 3000 staff and support around 1,200 people across the North West Region.
The successful delivery of an outstanding person centred support needs high levels of training and development and an investment in high quality apprenticeship training will form part of making sure that AFG is equipped with the right people for their very demanding but rewarding job roles.
After a rigorous selection process, AFG selected Riverside College as their training partner due to the College’s excellent reputation of supporting employers in the care sector, it’s exceptional apprenticeship success rates and shared values of continuous improvement and inclusiveness.
