You can do this whilst receiving a fully funded package of tailored support and teaching qualifications to develop a successful career in teaching or assessing at Riverside College. We are always looking for new staff in this area and are building up a bank of Lecturers/Assessors with industrial knowledge, to keep on file for when we have a vacancy in the area. You will be working in our new £3.6 million Engineering and Construction Skills Centre at our Kingsway Campus, which boasts state of the art equipment and outstanding workshop environments. You will also be working at the IDEA Centre, a brand new cutting edge building at our Cronton Campus which educates students using some of the most advanced industry standard equipment and methods. The School of Engineering and Construction offers courses and apprenticeships from entry level through to higher education courses. A background in engineering, electrical installation, motor vehicle, plumbing, brickwork, or carpentry and joinery is required for these opportunities.
