This qualification aims to:
- Develop learner’s knowledge of allergy management and risks in the relevant sector.
The objective of this qualification is to:
- Inform learners of the differences between food allergies and intolerances.
- Develop learner’s knowledge on how to manage allergies and intolerances.
- Develop learner’s knowledge of current legislation surrounding the clarity of allergens on food labels.
Learning method:
Studying via Remote E-Learning means you can choose when and where you study. We ensure that you get all the support you need throughout your course in the form of a personal tutor.

To help you stay on track, you will be provided with unit submission deadlines. Your first unit must be submitted within four weeks of your enrolment date.
