Course overview:
This qualification is designed for learners looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Allergy Awareness. It will be beneficial for those working with children and young people, professionals in health and social care, individuals in the service sector, and employers seeking to better support their workforce.

This qualification aims to:

• Develop learner’s knowledge of allergy management and risks in the relevant sector.

The objective of this qualification is to:

• Inform learners of the differences between food allergies and intolerances.
• Develop learner’s knowledge on how to manage allergies and intolerances.
• Develop learner’s knowledge of current legislation surrounding the clarity of allergens on food labels.

Learning method:
Studying via Remote E-Learning means you can choose when and where you study. We ensure that you get all the support you need throughout your course in the form of a personal tutor.

During your course, a member of the team will contact you at least once a month. It is important that you are available to respond to this communication.

To help you stay on track, you will be provided with unit submission deadlines. Your first unit must be submitted within four weeks of your enrolment date.
