This qualification enables learners to develop existing skills and gain knowledge of key areas for efficient customer service, such as communicating with customers and handling customer information.

- Unit 7: Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
This qualification aims to:
- Develop learners’ knowledge and understanding relevant to working in a customer service environment.
The objective of this qualification is to:
- Prepare learners for communicating with customers effectively within a business.
- Provide learners with the skills to resolve customers problems.
