We’re proud of the partnerships we have with local and national companies and the growth opportunities we provide for students to learn while earning.

Apprenticeships at Merseyside Police

In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week 2025, we sat down with Merseyside Police to explore how apprenticeships have positively impacted their workforce and the valuable support they receive from Riverside College!

We had the chance to speak with Force Apprenticeships & Qualifications Officer Katie Anderson, along with former apprentices Laila Kerwin and Karen Killey, and current apprentice Ella Woods, to hear their personal apprenticeship stories and how the experience has shaped their careers.
