What will I learn on this course?
Develop Your Digital Confidence: AI & Presenting Ideas Level 2 is designed to help you build confidence using modern digital tools to develop, refine and communicate ideas effectively.

The course focuses on two key areas:

• Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Presenting Ideas Using Presentation Software

You will learn what AI is, how it is used in everyday and workplace contexts, and how to use AI tools effectively, responsibly and safely to support tasks such as idea generation, planning, drafting and improving work.

You will also develop strong presentation skills, learning how to create clear, engaging presentations using presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint. This includes structuring content, using visuals effectively, and presenting your ideas with confidence.

By the end of the course, you will present your completed portfolio using presentation software, demonstrating both your digital understanding and communication skills.

What are the Entry Requirements?
There are no formal qualification requirements, but learners should already have basic digital skills and confidence using common software applications. During the first two weeks, you will complete initial assessments with your tutor to confirm that Level 2 is the right starting point for you.

How will I be assessed?
Assessment is portfolio-based, with no formal exams.

You will receive ongoing guidance and supportive feedback throughout the course. Your portfolio will showcase your understanding of AI concepts, how you have used AI tools appropriately, and your ability to present ideas clearly using presentation software. The final outcome will be a structured portfolio presentation.
