This qualification aims to develop learners effective thinking skills and improve their self-awareness. It is designed for learners who wish to gain a better understanding of themselves and how they think and behave. It is useful for learners who wish to develop their own awareness and may wish to provide direct support for others in the future.

What will I learn on this course?
This course allows you to explore how past experiences impact on current thinking and how you can alter your thoughts and behaviours. It will also enable you to understand how to apply effective thinking skills to overcome barriers. This course allows you to explore your own self-talk and self-worth and explore opportunities to achieve higher goals within life.

How will I be assessed?
You are required to create a portfolio of assignments/workbooks to demonstrate that you’ve met the standards associated with each unit.

What are the entry requirements?
Working at Entry Level 3 in English on our college assessment or a minimum GCSE grade E/2 or Entry Level 3 English qualification.

Course Fee:

No qualifications are required for this course, however you may need to take an English assessment during enrolment.
