Live Well is a welcoming three-week community course designed to help you make positive changes to your health and wellbeing.
Drawing on the knowledge and experience of expert tutors from three Centres of Excellence across Riverside College and Cronton Sixth Form College, this engaging programme combines wellbeing, healthy living, nutrition and gentle movement to help you make positive changes that last.
Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, learn something new or connect with others, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Duration: 3 weeks, Wednesdays 12pm – 2pm

Who Is It For?
This course is ideal for anyone who would like to improve their health and wellbeing in a friendly and supportive setting. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
There are no formal examinations. You will take part in practical activities, discussions, and reflective exercises throughout the programme.
Successful completion of LIVE WELL may inspire you to continue your wellbeing journey through further study in Counselling, Wellbeing, Catering and Hospitality, or other adult learning programmes available at Riverside College.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. It is suitable for anyone aged 19+ who would like to improve their wellbeing and develop healthier lifestyle habits.
This course is free for individuals who live in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Halton, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral). Funding eligibility will be confirmed at enrolment.
