The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding relevant to changes in society surrounding equality and diversity. Through this qualification, learners will explore key issues, challenges and progress related to equality and diversity, enabling them to contribute positively to inclusive practices in both personal and professional contexts.
