The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with a route to employment in the logistics sector. It can also provide a foundation of learning for individuals currently in the sector to do further learning to progress in their role.

• Unit 2: The principles of warehousing goods
• Unit 3: The process of stock checking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Unit 4: The importance of customer service in a warehousing environment
