Results Day Information 2025

As we approach the release of exam results, we want to ensure that all students are well-informed and prepared. This period marks a significant milestone in your academic journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Level 3 BTEC / UAL Results

• Date: Thursday 14th August 2025
• Time: 9am – 10am
• Location: Kingsway Campus – Centre Stage

College staff, including access to our careers advisors, will be available at our Kingsway campus from 9:00am to discuss your results, offer support, and advice on clearing. Alternatively, you can contact us on aceriverside@riversidecollege.ac.uk

Results will be posted on solar and emailed to students email accounts from 9:00am should you not wish to come into college or are unable to do so.

UCAS Clearing Process: If you are not satisfied with your results, please log on to UCAS to check your university status. Some universities may still accept you even if you did not meet the offer requirements. If you have been declined from both your firm and insurance choices, you can apply for clearing through UCAS. Clearing is a list of university courses that still have available places, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please find attached more information on the UCAS clearing process.

Clearing Top Tip: Universities are sent A Level and BTEC/UAL results early. Plan for contingency – create a list of 5 courses that are currently on the clearing list (now live). Write their admissions phone numbers.

GCSE & Level 2 results (BTEC & UAL)

• Date: Thursday 21st August 2025
• Time: 9am
• Location: Kingsway – Main Reception

GCSE results will also be posted on Solar and sent to student email addresses from 9am.

Level 2 Results (Level 1/2 BTEC & UAL qualifications only): results will be posted on Solar from 9am, there is no need for students to come into college to collect these.

If you need to discuss your results or need any further advice and guidance on the day, then our specialist teams will be available to help here at college between 9am – 10am. Alternatively, you can email aceriverside@riversidecollege.ac.uk

Alternatively, you can collect these upon return to college if you are a returning student.
