In this course, you’ll explore:
- Bread-Making Fundamentals – Kneading, proofing, and shaping a variety of classic breads like wholegrain, flatbreads and focaccia.
- Pastry Perfection – The secrets behind crispy shortcrust, buttery puff pastry, and decadent tarts.
- Ingredients & Techniques – Understanding flour types, fermentation and the use of professional kitchen equipment.
- Decoration & Presentation – Elevate your bakes with glazing, filling, and styling tips.
