This course is ideal for those wanting a career in the hospitality industry working in restaurants or hotels, on a local or international level. You will gain valuable hands-on experience serving customers in our busy College Restaurant.
Theory assignments will give you the underpinning knowledge to assist your understanding of the topics within practical areas.

Working at Level 1 on our college assessment or a minimum GCSE grade D/3 or Level 1 in English qualification. You will also have a college admissions interview.

Are there any costs associated with this course?
As part of your Catering and Hospitality programme you will purchase your uniform for the restaurant (approximately £95). Costs are subject to change for the 2022 courses.
You will learn in our Centre of Excellence in Catering and Hospitality and will work in a newly refurbished and very popular restaurant Scholars. All practical sessions will help give you the practical skills, confidence and the overview of what the catering and hospitality industry can offer.
There will be a wide range of activities available for you to join, during your Food and Beverage programme, from driving theory, sport activities and a range of leisure.
