Catering students experience a masterclass in cocktail making by managers and cocktail bar staff at Signature Living’s Alma De Cuba, Liverpool

Masterclass in Chocolate
Andrew Dale, Head Pastry Chef at Signature Living, visits Riverside College to provide a chocolate making masterclass

VIP Dinner at The Richmond Hotel, Liverpool
Preparation for the Visitor Economy Dinner begins at Riverside College.
Riverside College catering students will prepare the dessert course & petit fours:
Lemon Mousseline with Clotted Cream Ice Cream & Hazelnut Almond Praline, served with a crispy biscuit.
