This qualification aims to develop an understanding of a variety of wellbeing topics including stress, personal safety, dementia and living a healthy lifestyle. It is designed for learners who wish to develop an understanding of wellbeing. It is useful for learners who provide direct support and those working in sectors such as:
• Healthcare
• Social care
• Leisure
• Entertainment
• Education and Training
• Nursing
What will I learn on this course?
There is the opportunity to learn how a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle can have an impact on the choices that you make. It provides people with the information that they need in order to be able to make healthy choices both for themselves and others.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed with your progress throughout the course and will build a portfolio of assignments/workbooks which will be assessed at the end of the course.
What are the entry requirements?
Working at Entry Level 3 in English on our college assessment or a minimum GCSE grade E/2 or Entry Level 3 English qualification.
