It was great to welcome James Holden, Regional Chef from Royal Academy of Culinary Arts ‘Adopt a School’ charity, to our college this week to deliver a cooking masterclass to our Catering and Hospitality students this week.
Our students had the opportunity to learn from the best as James demonstrated how to break down a chicken and create a delicious chicken and chorizo mousseline.
James also shared the secrets of caramelizing pineapple, resulting in a sensational peppered pineapple tatin.
This was an incredible experience and has left our
students with new culinary skills!
